William E. Jackson

Mr. William Elmer “Butch” Jackson, age 68, passed away at his home in Brownsville, TN on Wednesday, January 25, 2017. Funeral Services will be conducted Saturday, January 28, 2017 at 1:00 P.M. in the Lea and Simmons Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Zion Baptist Church Cemetery. A visitation will be held Saturday, January 28, 2017, 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. in the Lea and Simmons Funeral Home. Butch was a loving, devoted husband, father, and grandfather and a member of Brownsville Baptist Church. He was an avid outdoorsman and antique tool collector. He was preceded in death by his parents: William Earl and Christine Wood Jackson. He is survived by his wife of 34 years: Peggy Victory Jackson, Brownsville, TN, one son: Dr. W. Clay Jackson, Arlington, TN, two daughters: Angela Jackson, Brownsville, TN, Kimberly Jackson Briseno (Saul), Nashville, TN, two grandchildren: William Wesley Jackson and Jackson Claiborne Briseno, two sisters: Joyce Clericuzio, Okeechobee, FL and Jean Reinke, Hendersonville, TN and two brothers: Jimmy Jackson (Gayle), Knoxville, TN and Phillip Jackson (Mary), Pickwick, TN.
