Wayne's Obituary Mr. Wayne Ernest Williams, age 65, passed away on Saturday, August 1, 2009 at Regional Hospital, Jackson, TN after a battle with cancer. Mr. Williams was a jeweler and longtime music director at Allen Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his father, Warren P. Williams. Funeral services will be conducted at Allen Baptist Church on Tuesday, August 4, at 4:00 PM with burial in the Allen Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the Brownsville Funeral Home on Monday, August 3, from 5:00 until 8:00 PM. He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Mary Jane Williams, and his mother, Arnette Gray, both of Brownsville, TN; one brother: Jim Williams (Joy), Moscow, TN; two sons: Duke Williams (Martha Jo) and Brannon Williams, all of Brownsville, TN; one daughter, Laura Leigh Moore (Baker), and two grandchildren, Walker Moore and Amelia Moore, all of Jackson, TN; two brothers-in-law: Jim Duke (Peggy), Memphis, TN, and David Duke (Millie), Brownsville, TN; many nieces and nephews; his church family of Allen Baptist Church; and many wonderful friends and relatives.
