Walter Duffey

Walter Marvin Duffey, Jr., age 86, passed away Sunday, November 14, 2010 in the Haywood Park Community Hospital. Funeral Services will be Tuesday, November 16, 2010 at 2:00 PM in the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mark Conway officiating. Burial will follow in Brownsville Memorial Gardens. A visitation will be Tuesday, Nov. 16 from 1:00-2:00 PM. Mr. Duffey was preceded in death by his parents: Walter Marvin Duffey, Sr. and Katherine Nelson Duffey, a brother: Billy Duffey and two sisters: Louise Duffey and Sarah Smith. He is survived by his wife; Elizabeth Duffey and two sons: Walter Lynn Duffey and Steven Lee Duffey all of Brownsville. In lieu of flowers memorials may be sent to Zion Baptist Church Building fund, c/o David Brooks, 913 DT. Williams Road, Bells, TN 38006.
