Walter Stanley Bochenek

Walter's Obituary Mr. Walter Stanley Bochenek age 85, passed away November 21, 2017 in the West Tennessee State Veterans Home in Humboldt, where sadley, he was an unclaimed Veteran. He was born May 28, 1932 in Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Bochenek proudly served in the United States Army and was a Korean War Veteran. He served along side his brothers in Company G of the 9th Infantry Regiment. Mr. Bockenek received the Korean Service Medal, National Defense Service Medal and the Republic of Korea Presidential Unit Citation. Services for Mr. Bochenek will be conducted Saturday, December 30, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel of the Bells Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Brownsville Memorial Gardens with full Military Honors. All Veterans, Active Duty, Retirees and fellow American’s are encouraged to join the Patriot Guard Riders, Veterans Honor Guard of Parkers Crossroads, Tennessee State Veterans Home Staff and Family and Rolling Thunder to honor Mr. Bochenek.
