Virginia White

Mrs. Virginia White, age 102 passed away Saturday, October 25, 2014 while visiting in Pine Bluff, AR. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, October 28, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. in the Lea and Simmons Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Brownsville Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Monday, October 27, 2014, 5:00 - 7:00 P.M. in the Lea and Simmons Funeral Home. Mrs. White was preceded in death by her husband: Oscar "Doc" White, one daughter: Ruth White Cheatham, two grandsons: Kevin Cheatham, Steve White, one granddaughter: Karen White, one brother: Nolan "Buddy" Overton, three sisters: Lucille Mann, Zita B. Wilson and Charlene Cox. She is survived by three sons: Jerry A. White (Carolyn) Brownsville, TN, Robert E. White (Carolyn) Conway, AR, James H. White (Mary Elizabeth) College Station, TX, one daughter: Margie Nell Porch, Selma, AL, one sister: Leoda Rosenbaum, Memphis, TN, eight grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren and nine great great-grandchildren. Memorials are requested to the charity of the donor's choice.
