Virginia's Obituary Mrs. Virginia Dare Warren McCarver, age 77, passed away Friday, July 24, 2009 in Jackson Madison County General Hospital. She was preceded in death by her parents, Dan G. Warren, Sr. and Hazel Lena Staggs Warren; one brother: T.J. Warren; and one sister: Opal Warren. A member of Shaw's Chapel Baptist Church, she was an avid animal lover who loved crocheting, flowers, and hummingbirds. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM, Monday, July 27, 2009 in the Brownsville Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Brownsville Memorial Gardens. She is survived by two sons: Danny McCarver (Mary Nell), Atoka, TN, and Mike McCarver, Brownsville, TN; three daughters: Patricia Ann Hendren, Brownsville, TN, Debbie McCommon (Tommy), Winchester, TN, and Cynthia Elise McCarver, Jackson, TN; one brother: Dan G. Warren, Jr., Brownsville, TN; one sister: Vernell Colvett, Jackson, TN; seven grandchildren; and four great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Haywood County Humane Society, P.O. Box 565, Brownsville, TN 38012.
