Timothy Leon Rogers was born April 15, 1967 in Lexington, TN and went to be with his Heavenly Father, Monday evening October 26, 2015 in Jackson, TN. Funeral Services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M., Thursday, October 29, 2015 in the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Brownsville Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Wednesday, October 28, 2015 from 5:00 - 8:00 P.M. in the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home. Tim was preceded in death by his father: Jimmy Rogers and a granddaughter: Addison Briley. He is survived by his wife: Pam Rogers, Brownsville, TN, his mother: Patricia Rogers, Scotts Hill, TN, two daughters: Jacquelyn Lane (Jonathan), Saltillo, MS, Kristian Rogers, Parsons, TN, one stepdaughter: Reagan Haynes, and one stepson: Brandon Haynes, both of Brownsville, TN, three sisters: Renee Fesmire (Albert), San Antonio, TX, Tricia Brasher (David), Reagan, TN, Sara Rogers, Lexington, TN, one granddaughter: Ava Briley, nine step-grandchildren: Natalie Hopkins, Alexis Haynes, Aiden Haynes, Addison Overton, Harleigh Halliburton, Kenleigh Haynes, Bentley Haynes, Braxton Tasker, Bryce Lane. Tim worked in manufacturing, retail, law enforcement, and was self-employed. He served our country as a veteran of the Army and served in Desert Storm. He also served in the National Guard for a number of years. Tim was a member of Second Baptist Church in Lexington, TN and his testimony was that he was saved July 13, 1980 during summer revival at Judson Baptist Church in Scotts Hill, TN while his daddy was preaching. He leaves a host of family and friends that loved him very much.
