Sylvia's Obituary Mrs. Sylvia Darnall age 76 of Bells, passed away on Thursday, June 2, 2016 peacefully at her residence. Sylvia was born on September 15, 1939 in Dyersburg, TN to the late Earnest Franklin Parker and wife, Lola May Gwin Parker. She is also preceded in death by a brother, Bob Parker. She was a member of First Christian Church of Bells, where she was the piano accompanist for many years. Sylvia had a passion for music and was an avid reader. She was overjoyed to be the mother of three sons and the grandmother of seven grandchildren as they were always at the center of her life. Mrs. Darnall is survived by her husband, Tom Darnall of Bells, TN; three sons, Scott Darnall and wife, Sandi of Bells, TN, Marc Darnall and wife, Darla of Bells, TN and Dean Darnall and wife, Lisa of Murfreesboro, TN; a brother, Ernie Parker of Cherokee Village, AR; seven grandchildren, Katie McCullough and husband, Josh, Kelsey Garner and husband, Caleb, Parker Darnall, Sam Darnall, Charlie Darnall, Leah Darnall and Bo Darnall. A memorial gathering to honor the life of Mrs. Darnall will be held on Saturday, June 4, 2016 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the First Christian Church in Bells, TN. In lieu of flowers the family request that memorials in memory of Mrs. Sylvia Darnall be made to the St. Jude Children’s Hospital or to the First Christian Church of Bells.
