Susie's Obituary Mrs. Susie Crawford age 60 of Brownsville, passed away Friday, December 16, 2016 in Methodist Hospital in Memphis. She was born June 1, 1956 in Brownsville to Edna Forsythe and the late Joe Swain. Mrs. Crawford was a homemaker. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband, Red Crawford; three brothers, Bobby Joe Swain, Jimmy Swain and Johnny Swain. She is survived by her loving companion, Ronnie Stoots of Brownsville; two daughters, Janice Mayes and Cindy Johnson both of Jackson; sons, Joe King, Donnie King and Ronnie King all of Brownsville; three sisters, Betty Carol Young of Paris, Anita Johnson of Bradford and Dianne Watson of Brownsville. Other survivors include four grandchildren, Jessica Johnson, Wayne Johnson, Alex Mayes and Jennifer Mayes as well as three great grandchildren, Alan Johnson, Abrionna Johnson and Luna Johnson. Serving as pallbearers are Ronnie Stoots, Terry Forsyther, Charlie Jones, Robert Jones, Luke May, Brett Young and Joe King. Funeral services for Mrs. Susie Crawford will be conducted Sunday, December 18, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Brownsville Funeral Home with Bro. James Keeton officiating. Burial will follow in Brownsville Memorial Gardens. The Crawford family will receive friends on Sunday at the Brownsville Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. until the service hour.
