Starlett's Obituary Starlett T Osteen Henley of Hopkinsville Kentucky dies April 1 at 4:00 in the arms of her life time domestic partner of seventeen years, Tonia lee Hamilton in their home. Starlett was born in Lynwood, California, February 20, 1957 to Jimmy and Minnie pearl Osteen. Starlett work in Jackson General Hospital for twenty-three years; she also had a business degree in business. Preceding the death of her parents and her only reminding sibling was her youngest sister Sharolett Osteen-Allen. Starlett was very much loved by me and our children, Christina Hamilton Stamps and Nicole Crawley. Starlett watched every birth of our Grandchildren by our daughter Christina Hamilton-Stamps and the oldest granddaughter was born right after the death of Minnie Pearl Osteen and carries her middle name. The three granddaughters she leaves behind is Alexis Pearl Baggett, Faith Lee stamps and Ashlynne Hope stamps. I am sure she will be missed in her hometown of Brownsville Tennessee.
