Shantiva Antoinette Worles

Shantiva Antoinette Worles, age 34, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, July 6, 2023, at her residence in Jackson, TN. A Memorial Service to celebrate her life will be held on Saturday, July 15, 2023, at 2:00 PM at the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home Chapel in Brownsville, TN. Rev. John Isom will officiate the service.  

Shantiva was born on January 9, 1989, in Shelby County.  She worked as a Therapist/Social Worker for Cumberland Heights Foundation, Inc.  She was a graduate of Haywood High School, her undergraduate degree from Fisk University in Nashville, TN, and her Master’s degree from Case Western University in Cleveland, OH. Shantiva loved music and enjoyed working with technology, and found much joy in traveling and helping people.  She had a great love for her 2 dogs, Mason and Mia.  

She is survived by her wife, Shannon Worles; her parents, Thomas and Pamela Worles; mother-in-law, Kathy Perez; one sister, Chassidy Worles; her aunts and uncles, Evelyn White, Gloria Hicks, Velma Walker, Phyllis Harris, Carolyn Worles, Ora Bond, Marvin Worles, and Tijuanna Taylor. 

All arrangements and services are under the direction of the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home in Brownsville, TN.
