Mrs. Sarah Lou Spraggins Kerr, age 82 passed away Sunday, June 11, 2017 in the Jackson Madison County General Hospital. Funeral Services will be conducted at 6:00 P.M., Tuesday, June 13, 2017 in the Cypress United Methodist Church, Bells, TN. Visitation will be Tuesday, June 13, 2017 from 4:00 – 6:00 P.M. in the Cypress United Methodist Church. Mrs. Sarah was preceded in death by her parents: Herman Theron Spraggins and Olive Gwendolyn Bailey Spraggins, one son: David Keith Kerr and one brother: Jack Randall Spraggins. She is survived by her husband: Robert Lynn Kerr, two daughters: Vickie Kerr Garrett (Barney) and Nancy Kerr Potter (Mike), one brother: Joe Wayne Spraggins (Jo), one sister: Sue Spraggins Clark (Ronnie), seven grandchildren: David Prine (Cathy), Stephanie Prine Lewis (Steve), Christy Hall Baker (Greg), Sally Hall Wright (Rodney), Jeremy Faught (Zoe), Mike Potter (Annora), Steve Potter (Melissa), thirteen great grandchildren: Katie & Harrison Lewis, Maclin, Emma & Amelia Wright, Gracie Manual, Addison & Tucker Pepper, Will, Madelynn & Jamison Prine and Makayla & Emily Baker. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Cypress United Methodist Church Cemetery Fund, 585 Cypress Church Rd., Bells, TN 38006.
