Sarah's Obituary Mrs. Sarah Ann Chipps age 59 of Lexington, passed away Tuesday, August 16, 2016 at her home in Lexington. She was born May 21, 1957 in Dallas, TX to the late Hugh Loss McCann and Patricia Ann Bowen McCann. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Daniel Winters. Survivors include her husband, Randy Waggoner of Lexington; daughter, Stormy Winters Moody and husband Shawn of Lexington; son, Patrick Winters of Texas; brother, Hugh Loss McCann, Jr. of Texas. Other survivors include six grandchildren. A memorial service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Sarah Ann Chipps will be held at a later date.
