Sandra's Obituary Mrs. Sandra Kay Mannen age 60, passed away on Tuesday, September 22, 2015 at Regional Hospital in Jackson, TN. Sandra was born on December 1, 1954 to the late Martin Ponder and wife, Gilda in Los Angeles, California. She is survived by her husband, Jerry Mannen of Jackson, TN; one son, Joel Mannen of Jackson, TN; a daughter, Tasha (Ethan) Joyner of Jackson, TN and two grandchildren, Jordan Mannen and Vince Mannen.
