San Juanita's Obituary San Juanita "Janie" Ramirez, age 28, of Alamo, TN, passed away Tuesday, April 30, 2013, at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN. She is survived by her husband, Saul Ramirez; her son, Fernando Ramirez; her daughters, Janie-Lynn Ramirez and Jennifer-Liceth Ramirez, all of Alamo, TN; her parents, Gregario and Juanita Dimas Zavala; two brothers, Jesus Esqueda and Pedro Zavala; and a sister, Daniela Zavala. Visitation will be held Thursday, May 2, and Friday, May 3, 2013, from 4:00 - 8:00 PM each evening, at the Brownsville-Bells Funeral Homes - Bells Chapel, Bells, TN. The funeral service for Ms. Ramirez will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2013, at 11:00 AM, at the Bells Chapel, with Rev. Zeratin Guardian officiating. Burial will follow at the Alamo City Cemetery, Alamo, TN. Ms. Ramirez was born in McAllen, TX, and came to Tennessee as a child.
