Sam's Obituary Mr. Sam Tracy Lewis, age 44, of Bells, Tennessee, passed away Friday, January 24, 2014, at Bells Nursing Home. Mr. Lewis graduated from Crockett County High School and attended Jackson State Community College earning his E.M.T. - I.V. He was employed with the Crockett County Ambulance Authority for nine years and worked at Heritage Medical Center in Shelbyville, Tennessee until 2012. Visitation is 5:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M., Saturday, January 25, 2014, at Brownsville-Bells Funeral Homes in Bells, Tennessee. Funeral services will be at 1:30 P.M., Sunday, January 26, 2014, in the Chapel of Brownsville-Bells Funeral Homes in Bells, Tennessee, officiated by Rev. Dennis Davis. Interment will follow in Walnut Hill Cemetery in Bells, Tennessee. Survivors include his parents, Sam and Jo Carolyn Lewis; a sister, Leigh Lewis Butler (Wes); and two nephews, Wesley and Lewis Butler.
