Sally Bailey Forsythe

Mrs. Sally Bailey Forsythe, age 65, passed away Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at Baton Rouge General Medical Center. Graveside services will be conducted Monday, January 16, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. in the Brownsville Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Sunday, January 15, 2017 from 5:00-7:00 P.M. in the Lea and Simmons Funeral Home. Mrs. Forsythe was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Forsythe, her parents, Madeline Conner and Joseph Bailey, her sister, Margie Swanton, her brother, Curtis Bailey and a nephew, Shane Melton. She is survived by her daughter, Tina Forsythe Clarke (Johnny), her son, Scott Forsythe of Baton Rouge, LA, grandchildren, Nathan Forsythe, Tyler Forsythe, Chris Clarke, Stepfanie Clarke and Amanda Clarke, her niece Melissa Carroll (Jason) two great grandchildren, Makinzee Rose and Annabeth Kay, a great nephew, Weston Carroll and great niece, Greenleigh Carroll.
