Ruby's Obituary Miss Ruby Parks, age 83, passed away Monday, September 28, 2009 at Regional Hospital, Jackson, TN. She was preceded in death by her parents: L.A. Parks and Elizabeth Darthula Boggs Parks; one brother: Jerry Lee Parks; two sisters: Opal Pauline Parks Bacigalupo and Vivian Parks; one nephew: Bobby Nuckolls; and one niece: Carolyn Parks Skelton. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM, Thursday, October 1, 2009 in the First United Pentecostal Church with Bro. Hershel Weaver officiating. Burial will follow in Zion United Methodist Church Cemetery. Mrs. Parks is survived by three nephews, Shawn Parks, Brownsville, TN, Eddie Bacigalupo, Clayton, NC, and Tony Bacigalupo, Dyersburg, TN. Visitation will be Wednesday, September 30, 2009 from 5-8 PM in the Brownsville Funeral Home and Thursday, October 1, 2009 from noon until service time at 1:00 PM in the First United Pentecostal Church.
