Ms. Ruby Earline Jackson, age 86 passed away in Maplewood Health Care Center in Jackson, TN on Monday, May 16, 2011. Funeral Services will be conducted at 2 PM Wednesday, May 18, 2011 in Lea & Simmons Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Zion Methodist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday, May 18, 2011 from 12 to 2 PM in the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home. She is preceded in death by her parents; Robert Henry and Minnie Daniels Cathey. She is survived by one son: Bobby Cashion (Betty) Jackson, TN, four daughters: Leigh Lewis (Leslie) Jackson, TN, Barbara Kail, Adamsville, TN, Lou Taylor, Brownsville, TN, Jackie Lewis, Bells, TN, two brothers: Carl Cathey, Brownsville, TN, Ralph Cathey, Bartlett, TN, nine grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorials be made to American Heart Association, 2170 Business Center Drive, Suite 1, Memphis, TN 38134.
