Ronald Travis Wilson, Jr.

Born in Memphis, TN, on December 17, 1978, Ronald Travis Wilson, Jr. was a dedicated husband to his wife, Rachel Davidson Wilson of Munford, TN; a loving father to his four children, Kaylee, Zoey, Pasilee, and his three month-old son, Noah Travis.  He is also survived by his father, Ronald Travis Wilson, Sr. and Mary Wilson of Ripley, MS; a sister, Jennifer Wilson Young of Memphis, TN; his uncle and aunt, Mike and Cheryl Cox of Ripley, TN. 

He was known for his warm smile, infectious laughter, and his ability to light up any room he walked into, especially for his young daughter, Pasilee who loved to greet him with big hugs when he came home from work.  He was also an avid football fan, with a particular love for the Tennessee Titans. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.  His warmth, humor, and kind heart touched the lives of many, and his legacy will live on through his family and friends. 

A celebration of Ronald Travis Wilson, Jr. will be held on Saturday, April 22, 2023, at 11:00 AM at the Lea and Simmons Funeral Home in Brownsville, TN, with burial to follow at Trinity Cemetery in the Nutbush Community in Haywood County.  A visitation for family and friends will be on Saturday, April 22, 2023, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home in Brownsville, TN.  

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to the GO FUND ME account on FACEBOOK in his memory.  All arrangements and services are under the direction of the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home in Brownsville, TN.
