Robert Thomas' Obituary Robert Thomas Vestal, age 27, of Brownsville, Tennessee, passed away on Wednesday, April 23, 2014, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital in Jackson, Tennessee. Robert was a loving husband, a devoted father and son. He enjoyed farming, fishing and working as a mechanic and a factory worker. Visitation will be 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Saturday, April 26, 2014, at Brownsville-Bells Funeral Homes in Brownsville, Tennessee. Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM, Sunday, April 27, 2014, in the Chapel of Brownsville-Bells Funeral Homes in Brownsville, officiated by Bro. Glen Thompson. Interment will follow in Brownsville Memorial Gardens in Brownsville, Tennessee. Survivors include his wife, Andrea Michelle Thompson Vestal of Gates, TN; one daughter, Alexis Vestal of Gates, Tennessee; three sons, Shane Delancey of Ripley, Tennessee, Wesley Vestal of Gates, Tennessee, and Christian Thompson of Gates, Tennessee; his father, Franklin Vestal of Dyersburg, TN; his mother, Shirley Wilson of Ripley, TN; two brothers, Adam Bishop of Bells, Tennessee and Tyler Pittman of Ripley, Tennessee; and three sisters, Jennifer Hughes of Whiteville, Tennessee and Kelsey Pittman of Ripley, Tennessee and Misty Mendenhall of Ripley, Tennessee; best friends, Lyman Loyd of Jackson, Tennessee and Cain Porter of Dancyville, Tennessee; He also leaves a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, family and friends. Mr. Vestal was preceded in death by two brothers: Wesley New and Billy Bishop, Jr. Pallbearers will be Chad Riddick, Jerry Glover, Lester Lambert, Joseph Fincher, Mark Francis and Matthew Vestal.
