Mr. Robert Earl Phillips, 63, passed away Friday, February 5, 2016 in Baptist Trinity Hospice in Collierville, Tennessee. Funeral Services will be conducted Sunday, February 7, 2016 at 2:00 PM in the Lea and Simmons Funeral Home in Brownsville, TN. Burial will follow in Mt. Moriah Cemetery in Whiteville, TN. A visitation will be Saturday, February 6, 2016, 5 to 7 PM in the Lea and Simmons Funeral Home. He was preceded in death by his father: Herbert Phillips. He is survived by his three daughters: Melanie Moorehead, (Tony) Bolivar, TN, Lana Jo Ralph (Clayton), Lisa Marie Phillips, Covington, TN, his mother: Iona Venta Hatch, Bolivar, TN, three sisters: Mary Lou Wilson, Diane Phillips, Jackson, TN, Virginia Hyslip, Conway, AR, eight grandchildren: Dakota Phillips, Danielle Moorehead, Cameron Phillips, Clayton Moorehead, Madison Ivory, Layton Ralph, Lia Ralph and Isabella Ivory.
