Robert's Obituary Mr. Robert Stephen Payne age 60 of Jackson, TN passed away on Saturday, October 29, 2016 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital. Robert was born in Madison County on August 25, 2016 to the late Robert Payne and wife, Lou Payne. He is preceded in death by his wife, Janelle Payne. He is survived by a son, Skylar Payne of Jackson and a daughter, Stephanie Preece and husband, Patrick of Deleware. A memorial service to honor the life of Mr. Robert Stephen Payne will be held on Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Bells Funeral Home with Bro. James Keeton officiating.
