Richard's Obituary Mr. Richard David Mansfield age 61 of Halls passed away on Sunday, July 10, 2018 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital. He was born on September 27, 1956 in California to the late Richard Lee Easley, Sr. and Betty Gunkle Easley. Survivors include two daughters Keli Bell and husband Bubba of Halls and Lara Lewis of Bells. Others survivors includes six grandchildren, Kayleigh Lewis, Presley Lewis, Bentley Harber, Kyndal Edwards, Colton Bell and Hagen Bell. A memorial gathering to celebrate the life of Mr. Mansfield will be held on Thursday, July 12, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Bells Funeral Home.
