She was born on April 2, 1960 to the late Thomas West and wife, Alice. Rhonda is survived by a brother, Thomas A. West, Jr. of Blytheville, AR and a sister, Connie Riggs of Blytheville, AR; two nieces, Melanie Bodkins Johnson of Bells, TN and Jackie Warrington of Humboldt, TN and one nephew, Scott Elliott of Murfreesboro, TN.
