Rhonda's Obituary Ms. Rhonda Kay Besinger age 52 of Alamo, passed away Thursday, February 11, 2016 at Bells Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was born in Jackson, TN on August 5, 1963 to the late Billy Joe Williams and Janie Hill Williams. Mrs. Besinger is survived by her soulmate and companion of twenty-eight years, Larry Horne; two daughters, Chrissy Besinger of Alamo and Janie Besinger of Crockett Mills; sister, Cecilia Besinger of Ripley. She is also survived by her grandson, Marcos Besinger. A memorial service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Rhonda Kay Besinger, will be conducted on Tuesday, February 16, 2016 at 6 p.m. in the Chapel of Bells Funeral Home with Bro.
