Rebecca Jean English Robison, age, 76, passed away Monday, September 7, 2020, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Tipton in Covington, TN. Funeral Services will be held Friday Evening, September 11, 2020, at 6:00 PM at the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home in Brownsville, TN with Rev. J. B. Mitchell officiating. Visitation will be held on Friday afternoon, September 11, 2020, from 4:00 - 6:00 PM at the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home in Brownsville, TN. Rebecca Robison was born on September 18, 1943, in Michie, TN. She spent her life as a homemaker where she took great pride in taking care of her family. She loved her family and adored her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She retired in Arkansas and loved spending time enjoying the outdoors there. She is survived by her children, Sylvia McBride (Jeffrey) of Cordova, TN, Tracy Gibson of Memphis, TN, and Daryl Gibson (Connie) of Somerville, TN; three sisters, Inis Sue Tyler, Alice Jeanette Toubeau, Sheila Shields (Jim); four brothers, Gary Gray (Gina), Barry Gray, Roy Michael Gray, and Jarvis Gray. She leaves a legacy of five grandchildren including, Kasey Craig (Joey), Lauryn McBride (Jerry), Hunter McBride (Sarah), Christina Yager (Josh), and Jesse Gibson (Marie); and eight great-grandchildren including, McKenzie Craig, Ella Claire Craig, Westyn Craig, Peyton Garner, Wade Yager, Gracelyn Yager, Alex Gibson and Emily Gibson. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Robison; mother, Maggie Zelphie Gray; father, J.P. English; step-father, Roy Gray; brothers-in-law, Eugene Toubeau and Delbert Tyler and sister-in-law, Dee Gray.
