Randy's Obituary Randall Levi “Randy” Beilby age 72 of Brownsville, passed away Sunday, February 4, 2018 at Regional Hospital in Jackson, Tn. Mr. Beilby was a retired Chief Petty Officer of the U.S. Navy, who served three tours in Vietnam. He was born on July 25, 1945 in Cobleskill, NY to the late Orlo Beilby and Doris Crandall Beilby. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two sisters, Janet Brown and Phyllis Sisson. Survivors include his wife Jane; one son, Kristoffer Beilby and wife Danyelle of NY; one daughter, Deana Cail and husband Danny of Memphis; two brothers, Gary Beilby of Memphis and Ronald Beilby of NY and one sister Eldena Ingraham of NY. Other survivors include one granddaughter Makayla Beilby of NY. A memorial service to celebrate the life for Mr. Beilby will be held at a later date. Brownsville Funeral Home, 107 S.
