Mrs. Quay Taylor Gibson, 90 passed away Wednesday, January 22, 2014 in the Alamo Nursing Home and Rehab Center. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, January 25, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. in the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Brownsville Memorial Gardens. Visitation for the Gibson family will be Saturday, January 25, 2014, 12:00 - 2:00 P.M. in the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home. Mrs. Gibson was preceded in death by her husband: James Gibson, her parents: Charlie and Donnie Petty Taylor and a sister: Doris Land. She is survived by a son: Billy Gibson (Stella) Maury City, TN, a daughter: Rita Stokely, Franklin, TN, a brother: Floyd Taylor, Henning, TN, a sister: Nell Austin, Brownsville, TN, four grandchildren: Stacy Sartain, Tara Sprott, Shawn Casteele, Jamie Byrd, four great-grandchildren: Elle Casteele, Joseph Sprott, Sunnie Byrd and Marley Byrd.
