Phil Morris, age 59 passed away September 23, 2016 in the Bells Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center. Funeral Services will be conducted Sunday, September 25, 2016 at 3:00 PM in the Lea and Simmons Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Brownsville Memorial Gardens. A visitation will be held Sunday, September 25, 2016, 1:00 to 3:00 PM in the Lea and Simmons Funeral Home. Phil was preceded in death by his parents: Frank and Dianne Blankenship Morris. He is survived by his wife: Deborah Sandlin Morris, Ripley, TN, a son: Lyle Sandlin Morris, Myrtle Beach, SC and a sister: Tammy Emerson (Terry) Brownsville, TN.
