Peggy's Obituary Mrs. Peggy Lee Smith age 68 from Brownsville, passed away on Tuesday October 27, 2015 at her residence. She was born June 19, 1947 in Portageville, Missouri to the late Edley William Bryant and Winnie Lee Moore Bryant. She was a member of the Christ Church of Brownsville. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Smith; five brothers: Ed Bryant, Jerry Lee Bryant, Thomas Moore, Homer Moore and William Moore; two sisters: Kathy Moore and Edna Marbury. Survivors are one son: Randy Bryant of Gates; three daughters: Cherry L. Drake and husband Patrick of Memphis, Tammy Champagne and husband Phillip of Ripley, Judy Pool and husband Kenny of Bells, two brothers: Robert Moore and Paul Bryant, one sister: Dorothy Duncan of Brownsville and an adopted daughter, Donna McMichael. She leaves a legacy of nine grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Funeral Services for Mrs. Smith will be conducted on Thursday, October 29, 2015 at 1:00 PM in the chapel of Brownsville Funeral Home with Bro. Johnny Watson officiating. Burial will follow in Zion Methodist Church Cemetery, Brownsville, TN. The Smith family will receive friends at Brownsville Funeral Home on Wednesday, October 28 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
