Peggy's Obituary Mrs. Peggy Dolores Delgado age 88 of Bells, passed away Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at her residence. She was born on January 16, 1930 in Luxora, Arkansas to the late Charles Dillahay and Nettie Seaton Dillahay. Mrs. Delgado was a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dale Delgado; son, Michael Phillips; three brothers, John Dillahay, Charles Dillahay, Bruce Dillaha; two sisters, Nina Ottinger and Billie Speck. Survivors include a brother, Bobby Dillaha and wife Yvonne of The Villages, Florida; sister, Sandra Daniels and husband Mack of Dyersburg; special nieces and caregivers, Jean Marlar and husband Mike of Brownsville and Jo Rogers and husband Ron of Gadsden. Other survivors include four grandchildren, RC Phillips, Carol Phillips, Charlotte Phillips, and Michael Phillips, two great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.
