Paul David's Obituary Paul David Norris Jr., age 73, of Bells, TN, passed away on November 8, 2014, after a short battle with cancer. He was born September 25, 1941, in Haywood County at the family home place. His previous employment was as a truck driver and for many years as a timber buyer. Raised on the family farm, he continued the tradition of raising strawberries throughout his life. He always grew a large garden and took pride in sharing it with others. Paul loved life and loved telling stories. His greatest enjoyment was to make others laugh. He was always a history buff with a talent of recalling important family dates. Visitation will be 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Monday, November 10, 2014, at Brownsville-Bells Funeral Homes in Bells, TN. Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, November 11, 2014, in the Chapel of Brownsville-Bells Funeral Homes in Bells, TN, officiated by Bro. Mark Howard and Bro. Harry Richard Smith with interment to follow in Providence United Methodist Church Cemetery. Mr. Norris was preceded in death by his parents Paul & Bessie Norris, and his wife Jeannette Tritt Norris. He is survived by his son, Andy Norris (Susan).Grandchildren Andrea Pence(Luke) and Will Norris. Step grandsons Josh & Jeremy Vowell. One great grandson, Declan Norris Pence. He is also survived by sisters: Sara Frances Jernigan(Sonny),Mary Ann Williams & Betty Jane Morris(Scottie). Brothers: Calvin Norris(Becky) & Ben Norris(Betty), and several nieces and nephews.
