Patricia's Obituary Mrs. Patricia Claire Clinard Banks, age 37, passed away on Saturday, May 21, 2016 in Tijuana, Mexico. She was born December 23, 1978 in Nashville, TN to Mr. Jack Clinard of Brownsville, TN and Romona Tollison Clinard of Mississippi. In addition to her parents, she is survived by four sons: Sabastian Banks, Skyler Banks, Sean Rainey and Ronnie Astorga; and two daughers: Sophia Rainey and Scarlett Rainey.
