Nicholas' Obituary Nicholas “Nicky” Adam Barker, age 28, passed away Thursday, March 10, 2016. Nicky was born on February 29, 1988 in Jackson, TN and attended Jackson City Schools. He obtained rank of Eagle Scout while in BSA Troop 115, was a Brotherhood member of Order of The Arrow and Veteran of the 278th Unit of the Tennessee Army National Guard. Nicky was preceded in death by his father Tim Barker, his grandmother Dee Barker, his step-grandmother Mary Jane Dungan, his uncle Mark Barker, and his beloved dog "Daisy". He is survived by his mother & step-father Susan & Randy Elvington of Lexington, TN, brother Nathan Barker, sister Anna Barker, grandparents Pat & Terry Kuykendall all of Jackson, TN., grandfather Victor W. Dungan of Louisville, KY, grandfather Harold Barker of Park Hills, MO, aunts, uncles, and cousins. His family has chosen cremation and will have a private service a later date.
