Nathan's Obituary Mr. Nathan Haney, age 73, passed away October 7, 2015 in Reelfoot Manor Health and Rehabilitation Center in Tiptonville, TN. He was born on January 20, 1942, to the late Frank Haney and Maggie Snider Haney in Crittendon County, KY. Mr. Haney is survived by his wife: Deborah Mae Williams Haney of Smithland, Kentucky ; two daughters: Laura Pack, (Larry) of Illinois, and Latoya Foley, (Matthew), of Kentucky, and a step-daughter: Deidra Williams of Kentucky.
