Nancy's Obituary Brownsville, TN – Nancy Lasley Pierce, age 81, passed away on Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at her residence. She was born on September 12, 1934 in Newbern, Tennessee to the late Loyd Lasley and Eva House Lasley. She worked for many years as a Medical pharmacist for the Coahoma County Hospital and was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Clarksdale, MS. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Leonard Pierce. Mrs. Pierce is survived by one son: Leonard B. Pierce Jr and his wife, Darrah Heaton Pierce of Jonesville, LA; one grandson: Leonard B. Pierce III (Burch) and his wife Ashley of Pineville, LA. She leaves a legacy of 2 great-grandchildren: Leonard B. Pierce IV and Thomas Ware Pierce. Graveside services for Mrs. Nancy Lasley Pierce will be conducted on Thursday, April 28, 2016 at 10:00 AM at the Brownsville Memorial Gardens, with Rev. Anne Mellor Emery officiating.
