Mildred's Obituary Mrs. Annie Mildred Jones Ferguson age 94 of Memphis, TN passed away on Monday, October 9, 2017 at her residence. She was born March 2, 1923 in Blue Springs, MS to the late Victor Jones and Cora Smith Jones. She was a retired bookkeeper and the last surviving charter member of Shaw’s Chapel Baptist Church. The Matriarch of her family, Jesus received her into His loving arms. She will be missed by a multitude of people but is now enjoying a beautiful family reunion in Heaven. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Harvey Lee Ferguson, Sr; her brothers Thomas Jones, Howard Jones, Bobby Jones, Fred Jones and David Jones; sister Ruby Lee Reasons and son in law, Ronnie Hajek. Survivors include her son, Harvey Lee Ferguson, Jr and wife Clara of Memphis; her daughters, Lucretia Baker and husband Homer of Memphis, TN and Brenda Hajek of Illinois; Other survivors include nine grandchildren, thirty great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. Serving as pallbearers are the great grandsons of Mrs. Ferguson. Funeral services for Mrs. Ferguson will be conducted Friday, October 13, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of the Brownsville Funeral Home with Bro. Robert Tyson officiating. Burial will follow Brownsville Memorial Gardens. The Ferguson family will receive friends on Friday at the funeral home from 10:00 a.m. until the service hour. Brownsville Funeral Home, 107 S.
