Michael's Obituary
Mr. Michael Wayne Sutton age 57 of Milan was greeted by his beloved mother at heaven's gate on April 7, 2018.
He was a loving family man, who especially enjoyed his 17 grandchildren. His hobbies include riding his Harley, fishing, traveling, and The Grand Ole Opry.
Mr. Sutton was born on November 14, 1960 in Staunton, Virginia to the late Barbara Ann Van Fossen-Johns. Mr. Sutton proudly served his country in the United States Navy as a Navy Seabee.
Survivors include his loving wife Cindy Gumpy Sutton; two sons John Sutton (Tycee) of Milan and Jearid Sutton (Marissa) of Woodland, CA; one daughter Lindsey LeFever (James) of Jackson; two stepdaughters, Megan McNaughton (Ryan)of Bryan, TX and Melissa Herr (Timothy) of Woodland, CA; one brother, Scott Sutton (Annalee) of North Highand, CA and five sisters, Susan Sutton Newton of Staunton, Virginia, Beth Augustin (Fred) of Spencerville, MD, Kirsty Johns of Bend, OR, Debbie Johns of Sacamento, Ca, and Dorothy Johns of Long Beach Ca, . Other survivors include 17 grandchildren and a mother-in-law Shirley Gumpy of Woodland, CA.
Serving as pallbearers are John Sutton, James LeFever, Ryan LeFever, Troy Minges, Corey Bassett and Ryan Doty.
Celebration of Life for Mr. Sutton will be conducted on Saturday, April 14, 2018 in the Chapel of Bells Funeral Home with Bro. Anthony Melton, officiating. Burial will follow in the Belleview Cemetery. The Sutton Family will receive friends on Saturday at 1:00 p.m. until the service hour.
The Celebration of Life will be simulcast at The New Testament Church, 108 West Woodland Avenue, Woodland, CA at 12:00 p.m.
