He was born in November 7, 1947 in Jackson to the late Isaac Tigrett Conner and Hannah Gardner Conner. Mr. Conner is survived by his brother, James T. Conner of Humboldt and a sister, Helen K. Steeves of Texas. A memorial service to celebrate the life of Mr. Michael Chandler Conner will be held at a later date.
