Michael Lynn Bain

Michael Lynn Bain, age 67, was born in Ripley, TN on June 15, 1957, to Barbara Faye Parker Bain and Thomas Lynn Bain. He was a resident of Hot Springs, Arkansas and became a permanent resident of Heaven on October 16, 2024.

Graveside Service for Mr. Bain will be held on Saturday, October 19, 2024, at 3:30 PM at the Trinity Cemetery in the Nutbush Community with Bro. Tim Smartt officiating. 

He worked for the United States Postal Service as a federal investigator and later as an investigator for the Walmart Corporation. Even though his career took him around the world, his home was always in Tennessee.

He is survived by his wife, Jennifer; two daughters Lindsey Bain Hood (Robert), Amanda Bain Whitley (Monty); a stepdaughter, Ashley Alexis James; a stepson, Mark Hughes; four grandchildren, Emmalyn Hood, Claire Hood, Tristan Bledsoe and Brooks Whitley; five step-grandchildren, Jackson James, Decker James, Karsynn Hughes, Luke Hughes, and Emma Kate Hughes; his beloved aunt and uncle, Glenda and Mack Bain, as well as treasured cousins that he considered his brothers and sister, Tracy, Brian and Christy. He was preceded in death by his parents, Barbara Faye Parker Bain and Thomas Lynn Bain.

Pallbearers for the service are Paul Bain, Tracy Bain, Brian Bain, Monty Whitley, Ray Stover and Jeff Hill. All arrangements and services are under the direction of the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home in Brownsville, TN.
