Melvin's Obituary Mr. Melvin Lee Simpson, age 77, passed away in Crestview Healthcare Center on Tuesday, June 30, 2009. He was preceded in death by his parents: Readis Matthew Simpson and Tamsy Elvira Prossen Simpson; wife: Martha Ellen Stafford Simpson; two sons: Roger Dale Simpson and James Chuck Simpson; two brothers: John Robert Simpson and James Readis Simpson; and a grandson: William Chad Coulston. Graveside Funeral Services will be conducted at 11:00 AM, Friday, July 3, 2009 in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Mason, TN with Rev. Richard Kilpatrick officiating. Mr. Simpson is survived by one son: Julius Lee Simpson, OH; one daughter: Kathy Coulston (Joe), Mason, TN; one brother: Alfred Tim Simpson, Adamsville, TN; three sisters: Doris Stringfellow, Jackson, TN, Clara Branch, Houston, MS, and Alice Bristol, Henderson, TN; two grandsons: Nick Lee Simpson and Joey Allen Coulston, Sr.; and three great grandchildren: Joey Allen Coulston, Jr., Samantha Lynn Coulston, and Beth Simpson.
