Ms. Mary Katherine Milam, 75 passed away Tuesday, April 7, 2015 in Jackson Madison County General Hospital in Jackson, TN. Funeral Services will be conducted Thursday, April 9, 2015 at 10:00 AM in the Lea and Simmons Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Brownsville Memorial Gardens. A visitation will be held Wednesday, April 8, 2015, 5:00 - 7:00 PM in the Lea and Simmons Funeral Home. Ms. Milam was preceded in death by her parents: Roy and Lela Arnold Smith, Sr. and a sister: Melba Smith. She is survived by one son: Steven Milam (Valerie), Bartlett, TN, one step daughter: LeAnn Moore (Mark), Stanton, TN, one brother: Roy Smith, Jr. (Annette), four sisters: Martha Frances Hendrix (Jesse Lee), Genrose Hopper, Syble Lott (Earnest), Betty Ann Johnson all of Brownsville, TN, two grandchildren: Christopher Milam and Alexis Moore.
