Mrs. Mary Neil Sorrell Halbrook, age 102 passed away Wednesday, August 6, 2014 in the Bells Nursing Home. Graveside Funeral Services will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, August 9, 2014 in the Belleview Cemetery, Bells, TN. Mrs. Halbrook was preceded in death by her husband: Hubert Halbrook, her parents: Monte and Ida Bell Sorrell, one son: Jimmy H. Halbrook and his wife, Mary Ann, one daughter: Sybil Finn and her husband, Wally, one granddaughter: Patricia Nolen and one sister and two brothers. She is survived by one daughter: Sheila Weir, Bells, TN, one brother: Billy Gene Sorrell, Dyersburg, TN, two grandchildren: Mark Halbrook (Denise), Brownsville, TN and Mike Halbrook (Sharon), Dallas, TX, one grandson-in-law: Hunter Nolen, Memphis, TN, six great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
