Mary Jo's Obituary Mrs. Mary Jo Davis Crutchfield age 58, passed away Wednesday, May 10, 2017 in Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville. She was born in Shelby County to the late James F. Davis and Carolina Cint Davis. Survivors include her loving husband, Michael L. Crutchfield of Bells; two daughters, Heather Edwards and husband Zack of Friendship and Holly Mayfield and husband Daniel of Trenton; brothers, Jim Davis of Bells, Bill Shaeffer, Ken Shaeffer, Donnie Pike and Brian Pike all of Memphis. Other survivors include six grandchildren, Ashley, Anna, Alyssa, Brenden, Lane and Parker. Serving as pallbearers are Vernon Powell, Zac Haynes, Brian Pike, Ken Shaeffer, Bill Shaeffer, Jesse Forsythe and David Forsythe. Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Jo Davis Crutchfield, will be conducted Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Bells Funeral Home with Bro. Bobby Bray officiating. Burial will follow in Providence Methodist Church Cemetery. The Crutchfield family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and again on Tuesday from 11:00 a.m. until the service hour.
