Marvin's Obituary Mr. Marvin Ray "Red" Helton passed away Saturday, August 29, 2009 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital, Jackson, TN. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M., Monday August 31, 2009, in the Bells Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bill Harrell officiating. Burial will follow in Brownsville Memorial Gardens, Brownsville, TN. Mr. Helton was preceded in death by his parents: Manley Lee Helton and Thelma Ruth Collins Helton; a daughter: Phyllis Powers; a sister: Myrtle Varnell Lewis; and a grandson: Christopher Moore. He is survived by his wife: Martha Louise Adcox Helton, Bells, TN; one son: Larry Helton, NJ; two daughters: Jackie Rainey (Greg), Parsons, TN and Terrie Moore (Brady), Bells, TN; one sister: Geneva Ruth Morris, TX; nine grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
