Marjorie's Obituary Mrs. Marjorie Jeanette Carvin Roberts, age 89 of Brownsville, passed away Sunday, October 4, 2015 at Crestview Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. Mrs. Roberts was a member of the Brownsville Baptist Church, retired from Sears and was a loving mother, grandmother and wife. She is preceded in death by her parents, Jim Carvin and Goldie Hart Carvin and her husband James Kelly Robert Jr. as well as a grandchild, Evan League. Mrs. Roberts is survived by one son: James Kelly Roberts III of Knoxville; two daughters: Sandy (George) Murray of Germantown and Amy (Steve) League of Covington; one brother: James Carvin of Brownsville; 6 grandchildren: Kelly Hurley, Morgan Murray, Elizabeth McFalls, Megan Roberts, Lindsey Roberts and Ian League; 4 great-grandchildren: Peyton Hurley, Hart Hurley, Kelly McFalls and Keegan McFalls; and 1 great-great grandchild: Hudson Hurley. Graveside services for Mrs. Roberts will be held on Saturday, October 10, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Zion United Methodist Church Cemetery with Dr. H.K. Sorrell officiating.
