Margaret's Obituary Mrs. Margaret Loraine Foster Brooks, age 92, of Bells, passed away Monday, September 25, 2017, in Bells Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was born January 12, 1925, in Madison County to the late James M. Foster and Alice Lillian Blakney Foster. She attended Bells High School prior to graduating from Huntersville High School. She furthered her education graduating from West Tennessee Business College. Over her career, she worked as the office manager at Kellwood in Alamo, Bells Light and Gas and Water, and retired from Bank of Crockett, Bells. Mrs. Brooks was a member of Bells First United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Conrad William Brooks and three brothers, James C. Foster, Charles Richard Foster and Robert L. Foster. Survivors include two sons, David Brooks and wife Bettye and Robert Brooks and wife Rita, all of Bells. Other survivors include five grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren. Graveside services for Mrs. Brooks will be conducted at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, September 28, 2017, at Belleview Cemetery in Bells, with burial to follow.
