Mammie Aileen's Obituary Mammie Aileen Smith Mrs. Mammie Aileen Smith, age 93, of Brownsville, TN, passed away Saturday, October 26, 2013, in Jackson Madison County General Hospital, Jackson, TN. She is survived by her sons, Thomas, Freddy, Billy, Henry Earl, Jimmy, and Gary; her daughters, Margaret Forsythe, Peggie J. Myers, and Lavonda Sue Lonon; a sister, Jane Hungerford; 48 grandchildren, 67 great-grandchildren, and many great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Stanley Brown Staggs and Mary Elizabeth King Staggs; her husband, Henry T. Smith; a son: James Alvin Smith; two daughters, Martha Virginia Moon, Mary Aileen Campbell Logan; two brothers, Neil Staggs, and J.C. Staggs; and two sisters, Estelle Warf and Ruby Stevens. Visitation will take place Monday, October 28, 2013, from 5:00 - 8:00 PM at the Brownsville-Bells Funeral Home Chapel, Brownsville, TN. The funeral service will be held Tuesday, October 29, 2013, at 1:00 PM, also at the Brownsville-Bells Funeral Home Chapel, with Bro. Gary Mitchell officiating.
