Mac Donald Powell

“Mackey” Mac Donald Powell, age 65, passed away on Sunday, April 6, 2025, at his home in Trenton, TN. All services are under the direction of the Bells Funeral Home.
Mr. Powell was born in Gibson County, TN on October 6, 1959, to the late Aubrey Lee Powell and the late Lila Lee Buckland Powell. He was a loving and devoted father and retired from the City of Milan after over 15 years of service. Mr. Powell was a “man’s man” and did everything he could to help someone. He will be greatly missed. He is preceded in death by two siblings Billy and Kathy, and survived by sisters: Gayle, Tina, Judy, Pat and a brother Buddy. He also leaves behind nieces Jennifer, Audrey, Tracy, Brey, Leigh Ann; and Vanessa; as well as nephews James, Jeremy , DL, Glynn, Randy and Shane , Zachary, David and along with multiple other loved ones and numerous great nieces and nephews as well.

He is survived by his daughter: Tanya Marie Haskins; his son’s: Terry Lee (Nicole)Lowery and Jeff (Melissa)Powell; He leaves a legacy of 6 grandchildren: Brittany Lowery, Kristin Lowery, Abigail Miller, Erika Lowery, Zachary Bureketta, David Bureketta; and 3 great-grandchildren: Sophie Garrigus, Myla Lowery and Kyson Walker. The Powell Family are honoring his wishes for cremation and further information will be announced as it becomes available by the Bells Funeral Home.
